Arlene commenced her career as a registered mental health nurse (RMN) in the UK in 2005 after registering with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in 2004. She is a BABCP Therapist and Supervisor with close to two decades’ experience. She has delivered NICE-recommended psychological treatments across NHS Talking Therapies and private practice and held senior leadership roles in both sectors. She is currently Clinical Lead for an NHS partner private sector psychological service.
To facilitate access to affordable and high quality psychological therapies and mental health support to individuals from all backgrounds. In addition, we are committed to supporting and guiding individuals to identify unhealthy and unhelpful behaviour and thoughts, and to be equipped with the tools to rebuild their lives and relationships.
