Limited technical information collected automatically as part of normal website operation, such as browser type and general site usage, as described in our Cookie Policy.
We use your personal information to:
We process your personal information on the basis of your consent, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract for services, to perform a contract with you once services are confirmed, and, in limited circumstances, to comply with our legal and professional obligations as a registered healthcare practitioner.
Information about your mental and physical health is "special category data" under data protection law, and we treat it with particular care. We process this information because it is necessary for the provision of health and social care, under the direction of a registered health professional and subject to an equivalent duty of confidentiality — and, where relevant, on the basis of your explicit consent. Access to this information is limited to those directly involved in your care.
We retain personal and clinical information for as long as necessary to provide your care, and afterwards in line with professional record-keeping guidance for healthcare practitioners and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we encourage you to take care when sharing sensitive information online.
Under UK data protection law, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information, including the right to:

Rectification — Ask us to correct any information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.
Erasure — Ask us to delete your personal data, where we are not required to keep it.

Our services are offered to individuals aged 13 and above. Where a client is under 18, we will take appropriate steps regarding parental or guardian involvement and consent, in line with professional safeguarding guidance.
